Credr.com did not refund booking money

Hi,

I did booked a bike in credr.com in the month of may by paying 1000INR since the bike was not available process dint go further.As per credr policy they have to refund my amount in 45 days but even after 90 days i dint got my refund so did i contacted them via mail and phone for which they requested my account details. i did send them the details twice and i got confirmation mail from there end that amount will will be refunded in 5- 10 days but i have not got my refund yet.
