1. I am a retired army personal and i have got two dish tv connections with VC no:- 01523820182 and VC no :- 01523569454
2. I wanted to change my plan and have only one parent connection under VC no:- 01523820182 with two additional child connections (total 3 connections). I approached help line and customer care for the change in plan but inspite of my requests for the last two months, no action has been taken.
3. I have contacted some dealer known to me. He has confided on terms of anonamity that company is not intrested as service providing agents will not get any significant commision charges from me as i have already got two dishes and two set up boxes from two Dish Tv connections already functional with me.
4. I have tried desperately for last 2 months, i am told by customer care that someone will contact me and nothing happens. It has led to waste of time and I feel cheated by the company. Dishtv claims special respect and concessions to army personals. Their behaviour is against the laid down business ethics and protocols. I should be immediately given connections as desired without any extra dish or setup box being dumped on me, which actually gives extra revenue to the agents.
