Bill varaince and wrong commitment and not resolving issue after multiple complaints and account dea

Hi,

This is amit from Visakhapatnam bearing act ac.no - 107539413021,mob.no-9110310712.As I have taken act silver 3 months with router free as said by act executive and paid 2120 on March 18 2021.But after a month it's showing due 328 rs and router charges as rs.999.from last Saturday it's been 5 days I am calling your customer care and raised tickets.But no one is resolving this issue and my account has been suspended and deactivated.As I have local Visakhapatnam executive chat history also he mentioned clearly that router is free.After paying full amount also my account is deactivated and not resolving my billing issue.pathetic service.Please take proper action on concerned department s and resolve my issue asap.
