Sir/ Madam,
This is Purnima Shrivastava from Bilaspur Chhattisgarh.i bought le2mobile from flipkart 8 months bck.since 5days battery is not getting charged. called customer care they assured that within a week company will have its service centre in bilaspur. I called after 3 days they saying its not sure. I enquired about other possibilities then they saying either visit service centre ( which is far) or buy new mobile. this is called customer care????? or while purchasing they say all will be take care of but when needed they give blunt reply. Kindly look into the matter and helpout.
