Service issue experiencing very poor quality of service HDFC bank

This is with regard to service issue.I am experiencing very poor quality of service. I accept, couldn't be able to make minimum payment on time due to unavoidable circumstances, for the same have received call from HDFC bank (080000000). I spoke to person named _______ and his manager ______ . From the beginning of conversation have experienced rude behaviour of this executive. which is irritated me and circumstance forced me to react same way. Upon that have requested your staff give 3 days of time to make the payment as was out of station and met with an accident also. I understand bank also certain procedure to recovery the money but it does not mean that customer is mentally harassed and ill-treated. Since was fed up with this staff have requested the him to connect the call to his manager. I happen to speak to miss _______ and for my surprise I experienced the same quality of discussion as I experienced with earlier staff. when she asked for the concern have narrated the incident and told her particularly that her staff is rude with me and told her also talk politely, for that she mentioned her staff are recruited to only to dominate/order to the customer it seems it was, this statement has astounded me. and I did not expected from the HDFC bank employee at least. Bank can recover the payment being polite with customer also.would like to demand compensation for this harassment
