Sir/Ma'am,
I have applied for BIHAR STUDENT CREDIT CARD loan in the month of October 2020 but till now (February 2021) there is no improvement in my application.

My financial condition is not good and my education is totally dependent on this scheme. Everyday college is demanding fees and i m not in a condition to pay fees.
Please kindly look into this matter.
