Sir, I'm RITESH KUMAR THAKUR have applied for BSCC(Bihar Student Credit card)scheme, 4 month ago and there is no any improvement from last 20 days. 1 month ago i call to DRCC office and ask about my application status and they told you just come .... i came here on 31-august-2018 and till now its not finished And my application(CM7RBSCC062018001957904) is panding at "MPA"

Sir, November 1st my university exam will be start and my college management will not allow for attend the exam without paying tuition fee .my financial condition is also not good ,so please Help me
