I BELONG FROM LOW INCOME FAMILY SO APPLIED FOR BIHAR STUDENT CREDIT CARD SCHEME FOR GIRLS .I APPLIED ON 7/2/2020.I AM IN SECOND YEAR OF GRADUATION .I HAVE NOT RECIEVED CREDIT YET .ALL KIND OF VERIFICATION HAVE BEEN DONE .MY REGISTERATION ID IS CM7RBSCC022020003349362.NOW I M STRUGGLING TO PAY MY COLLEGE FEE.NOW MY COLLEGE IS NOT LISTENING TO ME .IF I WOULD NOT PAY.THEY WOULD STOP ME FROM GIVING MY SEMESTER EXAM .AS A GIRL SOMEHOW I MANAGED TO GET THE ADMISSION .BUT NOW BECAUSE OF MISTAKE OF SOME OF ACCOUNTABLE PERSON AND THIER RUDE BEHAVIOUR I DONT THINK SO WHETHER I WILL BLE TO COMPLETE MY EDUCATION OR NOT
