sir i am Rahul Kumar student of BCA first year. i belong from a poor family. we dont have more money to study in capital of bihar so when i heard about student credit card scheme i decided to complete BCA , i have applied in 10 october 2020 but still my application not sanctioned. i gone many time to my drcc but they are not taking this serously also i gone in mauryalok patna many times where this type of work do but a man named Ranjeet has throw my application and also abuse me. when i ask him how will my application approved he told that i dont know in angry mood. sir my university exam form is filling and college is demanding for money but i dont have. i dont want to stop studying.sir please help me . i dont have more time my student credit card Registration id is CM7RBSCC102020003624527 thanks sir
