Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I am Kali Sankar Ghosh had a health Insurance policy through Citi Bank Credit Card and this is continued since last ten years. My Family health Insurance policy is expired on 31.03.2021. My policy number -71250034192100000031 (Attached with this letter).
I have requested several times to Citi Bank customer care through over phone and letter also. Unfortunately they did not response me professionally by which my policy could not renew. This policy called good health policy and it is a joint venture between THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO. LTD. and Citi Bank Credit card division.
Sir, Now my family and me are without any health Insurance policy since 1st April 2021, In a pandemic Covid situation.
Seeking your kind interference to resolve the issue and renew my family health policy with effect from 1st April 2021.
