Delay to pay my substiquent payment on drcc

I'm sourav kumar, With Registration Id: 3815479 had applied for subsequent payment under BSCC. Sir/Ma'am I had applied it in the month of March but till now l haven't received my next installment . My last date to submit my fees was 5th of May also my college is added 4000 late fee and if Fee not submitted ,I won't be allowed to take my 3rd semester Examinations.
Sir /Ma'am I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me out or l will be in great trouble. I will always be helpful to u for this kindness of yours
