Complaint against HDFC Bank Unauthorized credit card charges

Hi Team,
This is regarding credit card dispute with HDFC bank caused due to unauthorised transaction on my credit card.PFB points in detail.
I was in UK last year from jan to Oct, I could not check any mails, phone sms from HDFC suring this time, there were some unauthorized transactions happend from jul-2015 till october -2015, I came to know about these unauthorised transactions while I called the HDFC customer care for closing my Credit card.
1) I have transferred the whole due amount for closing the card on 19th-october(waited for 2 days as it would take 1 day to get credited into the account).
2) On 20st Oct I called up again to close the Credit card, and came to know I have to pay another Rs.86, I have done that payment too.
3) On 21st Oct, I called up and asked the team to close the credit card.I did not get any acknowledgment no/SR no on this.
4) To my surprise there was another transaction happend on 23rd Oct, for an amount of Rs.3457, so I have called up the customer card and asked the reason how it has happened, they said it has not been blocked. I had to argue with the executive but could not help me on this. He took the request for blocking the card to stop any further unauthorised transactions.Also informed me to send a mail cc.disputes@hdfcbank.com mentioning all the unauthorised transactions, I have even done that.
5) Now, Another problem aroused since there was a transaction happened, payment department of HDFC keep calling me for due amount payment, they keep saying that I have to pay the due amount, they keep calling me and irritate me, they have even sent recovery agents to my home which was totally intolerable.
I have lost my credit score, and I came to know about this when I have applied for a car loan with ICICI bank.
6) Now I have got a message on mobile that a conciliation notice has been issued.
7) It's has been very long and have n't got any proper response from the disputes team. Not sure why disputes team is not communicating with the payments team for such cases.

I have the proofs of paying the closing amount and mail conversation with disputes team. Please demand to listen to conversation on 19-oct, 20-oct, 21-oct, 23-oct for confirmation.

I would be very happy if this is resolved soon, I am sleepless because of all these things.

Prasanna Manager of HDFC bank, Begumpet branch(040 6160 6161), spoke to me on 17/Aug/2016 and she is trying to convey that investigation on the unauthorized transactions is already done, and no reversal can be done at this time. Also, she is asking me pay the due amount for no impact on my CIBIL score, I said I would not pay a single paisa, then she is threatening me that a legal notice would be sent and action would be taken accordingly.

Called Up Sai prasanna on the mentioned mobile no and told her i would do part(in two parts) payment to avoid any further legal action, but as per Prasanna, if the consumer case is resolved money cannot be refunded.

Please resolve this ASAP.
