My self Mukund shandilya from Samastipur bihar.i had been applied for bihar student credit card and my application is pending from tpva from long time. For this i visited tpva patna there they talk with us with lots of misbehaving words. We are not beggar and they talk with me like a beggar so I want to please solve our issue and file a complaint against tpva office staff for misbehaving.my application is still pending. Tpva staff think that we are beggar and they misuse there post and not even talk properly. That makes me much unhappy because i travelled lots of distance for my struggling career and that type of person makes student weak from inner.please take action on them and my application issue also.
