two months after not gas deliver

I have booked the gas on 25 DEC 2014 but til date 12 Feb 2015 ,I have not deliver the gas . please you suggest to me how many day before booked the gas
I also the visit your shop at least 8 times , but your smart staff always told to me sir I will be dispatch e gas on next day at your home , but til date in have not gas deliver likely 52 days only. Kindly you solve the problem urgently basis.
