Sealed LPG gas cylinder leakage

My consumer no. is 27285, Received LPG gas cylinder against a booking but gas leakage although the cylinder is sealed. It is very urgent as it is risky to keep leaking cylinder and I tried to contact Shiv Shakti Gas service Udaipur on their landline numbers but it was not replied. Kindly address to this complaint as soon as possible.
