screeching sound in lenovo z510

i have a lenovo z510 ideapad (one and half year old) , since few days the speakers which are JBL brand inbuilt in the laptop are making screeching sound when i play any music on speaker mode.

The laptop has JBL inbuilt speakers and dobly v4 home theater mode but the screeching sound developed lately is really frustrating and pissing me off.

When i plugin ear buds the sound is fine.

please help !
