Refill not delivered till date

MY consumer numb is CX2771117,I've booked a refill on 17th Jan 2015. And i had received an sms on 31st Jan 2015 stating that the refill gas will be delivered in 2 days.Since then i'm contacting the agency they are not responding. My second cylinder is also getting empty. Directive may pls be issued to deliver my refill immediately. Thank you.
