i have taken annual subsciption but i don't get issues regularly.I have not got the issue of 19th January and again am yet to get thr issue of 2nd feb.I have not missed a single issue of India Today in last 10 months but have been highly distressed with frequent delays or even non receipt of Outlook issues.Have i committed a mistake in taking annual subscription with badvance payment?I wasted today about 20 minutes on phone but failed to get someone at 011-33505562 .do i expect some action or would this effort be also futile?My mailing addresss is;
