R/Sir I had a gas connection in the name of my father Sh.Ram Chander vide consumer no 14798 of Shubham Gas Agency Bhiwani.I had booked a cylinder vide booking no 205815 dated 06.01.2015.But till now the agency had not given the supply of above said booking.After that my father had again visited the office of the agency on 31.01.2015 on that they refused to give the home delivery and misbehaved with my father .By doing so u are doing deficiency in service.
