Non Delivery of LPG Cylinder

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have a consumer no. 18391 with you since long time. I booked LPG cylinder on 26th January 2015 and my cash memo no. 3000234981 generated on 12th February 2015. After continuous reminder over phone to your supplier Mr. Rakesh, i received message on 14th February 2015 that the cylinder has been delivered. I just want to confirm to whom he delivered my cylinder.

Today is 16th February 2015 and I have not received the same. Mr. Rakesh is a lier and he use to give underweight cylinder most of the time and after checking he replaces new one and assures us it will not happen again.

I request you please check verify how you are keeping such type of supplier. who is cheating consumers regularly and how it is delivered to someone else. Please provide your detail investigation for the same in written reply.
