Non-delivery of Gas Cylinder till date

My Gas No. is CX-8627558. I have booked the cylinder on 01st February, 2015. Now it is almost 15 days have gone. Yesterday I have received a message i.e. (Dear Indane Customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking with cash memo No. 3000234238). But till date I have not received the cylinder. Earlier also I faced such problem and sent the complaint. The main thing is that the telephone number is not picking in the agency. (011-26898953, 011-26134492, 9958918037). All these numbers I tried.

Can you help me for the same.
