Non-delivery of Gas Cyclinder

My gas no. is 15518. I have booked the cylinder on 28th January 2015. Now it is almost 15 days have gone. Till date I have not received the cylinder. Earlier also I faced such problem and sent the conplaint. The main thing is that the telephone number is not picking in the agency. (26898953, 26134492, 26131153, 61131153, 9958918037, 9818565700) All these numbers I tried. Very poor performance the gas agency is given. Pl. do the needful.
