No gas survice

This is to bring under your kind concern that I have not got my gas. I booked my gas on 15th January,2015. Mr.Raju told me that I would get my gas on 27th January. Today is the 6th February and I have still not got my gas. MY consumer number is H42261.My booking number is 241613. This booking number was given to me by Himani Gas Sewa.I will be obliged if I could get my cooking gas.Your employ Raju , delivery boy is not giving us gas on time and his service of giving the cooking gas to me is too late and very poor. Kindly look into the matter.Thank you!
