new gas booking on 31.01.2015 and not yet the cylinder came

My address is 2 no. Rabindrapally pally H/No;139/1 ,P.O;Madral, P.S;JAGATGAL .I have booked a new gas cylinder on 31.1.2015 and not yet i have recived my pass book and cylinder. So i request you to send my cylinder as soon as possible.
