Needs replacement S660 ( newly bought on 26.01.2015)

Hi,

Pls refer our call and my visit to your service center dated yesterday on the above subject line.

I have purchased a new S660 on dated 26.01.2015.

To restate my cell problems:

1) Battery life last only for max 1-2 hours
2) gets hanged every now and then
3) gets swithed off frequently
4) and since last two days its not getting switched on though the battery sign is showing as 38%

As informed i dont wish to get this repaired as the problems are not one but many hence am only looking forward to get the replacement and no repair work on my handset.

As far as 7 days warranty is concerned please note that

26th itself was a public holiday (though i had purchased my handset at around 10pm at Mobile Kindgom Vashi)
27th
28th
29th
30th
31th- Saturday
1st - Sunday
2nd - Monday

And 3rd I visited your service center pls note my complaint number for your easy reference...
