Being a owner of Nikon DSLR Camera, I expected good behaviour from the staff of the service centre. But I regret to inform that the staff especially engaged in the front office is not suitable for the customer dealings. My battery charger was disturbing and went to the Service centre. But she did not pay much attention to me, took much time and delayed me to hear my complaint. Furthermore, she argued with me regarding the battery charger. As a result of which I was late to my govt. duty and suffered much.

In view of above, it is requested to arrange some kind of training to the staff of the Service Centre, especially for the front office staff, so that the customers / ownesr of the Nikon Products do not suffer and not get irritated.
