SIR,I AM TARUN SOLANKI RESIDING IN 177-A, SURYADEV NAGAR , INDORE , I HAVE A MEDICLAIM POLICY FROM ORIENTAL GENERAL INSURANCE CO.LTD.MY MOTHER WAS SLIP ON FLOOR & INJURED HER WRIST BORN JOINT ON 13/07/2018,THEN WE ADMIT FOR FOR OPERATION ON UNIQUE HOSPITAL , JAWAHAR MARG , INDORE AFTER TREATMENT I SUBMIT ALL DOCUMENT FILE WITH ORIGINAL BILL OF MEDICAL & HOSPITAL (SUM RS.18169/-)TO VIPUL MEDCORP PVT.LTD., SHRI VARDHAN , R.N.T.MARG , INDORE ON 17/07/2018,AFTER A WEEK I RECEIVE A MAIL FOR CLAIM SETTLEMENT AMT.ONLY RS.8623/-I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE (VIPUL MEDCORP ) HE TOLD YOUR ROOM RENT ALLOWANCE RS.1000/-P.DAY & U GET RS.1200/-P.DAY , THE ONLY REASON FOR CLAIM SETTLEMENT
SIR THIS IS A CHEATING WITH US PLEASE SOLVE THE MATTER

    I have been applied for claim. They asked me for various documents one by one for last 1 year. Once I have submitted all my documents now they closed my file. And I have been said that I am not eligible for claims.please help me.
