indane gas delivery

Dear sir,

I booked my gas dated 28-12-2014, & i do not get this delivery yet . when i checked the status at net my.indane than i get information that it is delivered 31-1-2015, but i do not get this delivery ,not yet . so pls short out this problem & give me proper information about this delivery of gas and deliver it as soon as possible.
