Horrible service

I am user of Bharat Gas since past 13 yrs; previously Shanti Gas services was my Cylinder provider for 12 years who never ever gave any problem in respect of delivery, response on phones; & any other related matters.
Since past 6 months, due to shift in address & location, my account moved to Ravi Gas Agency - and I have been facing problem with them since then.. the major ones are
1. They NEVER EVER respond on the phone inspite of having so many phone numbers
2. the delivery man doesn't carry the weighing machine.

Kindly bring to their notice that Customer Care numbers are suppose to be responded & not to be ignored.

Just because we do not have any choice that doesn't mean we are taken for granted.
