Hang and Apps not works

I have Samsung 7562 model. and in this mobile i faced too much apps and hanging problem.. its going auto restart some times and some times apps not working properly. i am going to much frustrated with this phone. i purchased it last august on 2014 and with in 8 9 months i faced too much software problems. so please give me feedback what should i do. thanks and regards.
