hello
i was booked my ticket on dated 5/12/14. pnr no. 8230582497, destination solapur to mumbai.
In my bank account two times ticket amount will be deducted Rs. 896.24/- In my irctc account show only one time refund amount. how can i received my one more refund amount which was deduct from my account. can u please give me suggestion for that.
