Dear concern,
my Consumer No. is 52581, ID is 370500 0000 3127 6467
Booking No. 288440 date 28th Jan 2015.
the delivery man gave home delivery on 28th Jan 2015 itself, the cylinder delevired leaking, which was returned back to the delivery man on the same day, had also returned back us the money paid for the refill. the delivery man assured that he does not have a refill today and will definitely deliver a good refill tomorrow.
to my surprise on the same day we receive a message from the indane that the refill against the aforesaid booking has been delivered, however we are still looking for the refill.
the delivery man had given us his pnone no. 9634926619. now says the aforesaid booking has been used and suggested to rebook a new one.

please help
