I am JAY BHERWANI I have purchased a lg refrigerator 11 months ago and warranty is getting over , from the 2nd day of refrigerator I am complaining that refrigerator is not working and I have complained several times that refrigerator is not working every time executive is coming and a new problem occurs , they are not able to resolve the problem and not replacing me with other refrigerator . Refrigerator given to me is very low quality refrigerator and refrigerator is not working at all . Ice cream melts in refrigerator and they are saying do not put ice creams in refrigerator and giving silly silly answers or execuses all the time ,they are not listening to me at all , they are just passing the warranty time by giving silly execuses all the time , please replace me my refrigerator or resolve the problem as soon as possible . Thanks
