Dear Sir'
I Lakshmi Sardar a customer of HP gas service (consumer no- 612526) under the distributors of Makali Enterprise Basirhat, Taki Road, North 24 Parganas,West Bengal. I have a complain for the booking, delivery system and cost of gas cylender. They delayed for home service in every booking minimum 2 days after release cash memo and demand extra charges for delivery to every customer the amount of 455.00 rupees. the overall consecution are given billow:
1) booking no 314552, dated- 21.01.2015.
2) cash memo no- 172863, dated- 23.01.2015.
3) cost of cylinder (Bill) Rs. 421.50
4) cost of cylinder Rs. 455/-
already complained to Grahok jago : complain no- 566623, dated- 29.01.15.
please take necessary action and obliged.
