136 Rs debited from my account but dont get ticket information

In reference to the above title i had been completed the transuction of 136/-Rs from my a/c 230010100137560 dated on 14/02/2015 at 06:25 pm for 17618 Tapovan express in the name of Surekha kahate 25 yrs old but do not get receipt of ticket of above mentioned name. How did i will get refund of 136/--Rs .
