Courier Service Complaint Complaint Date: December 20, 2021
I sent a water purifier from noida to indore through delivery doorstep service, I also took delhivery protect plan(paid extra 300 rs for safe delivery). The purifier got delivered but both the box and water purifier was damaged. After multiple follow ups they responded that they can not do anything.This is not right, i sent the package in original box in which company deliver and if there was any fault in packaging why they picked , they should have told me to pack it different way, I took the protect plan as i wanted my package to get delivered safe, this is not right.

Dear Anurag,

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please be informed that we will not be able to compensate for this damage as it occurred due to inadequate packing and product movement inside the box.

Such items should be packed in a hard hard EPS thermocol/carton box that provides rigid support from outside and the gaps filled with sponge and cushion material. Also, use five or six-ply bubble wrap from outside the packing. We have also mentioned the packing instructions on our website.
