CPU parcel was booked from dombivli to nagpur. Parcel received in damaged condition. I had to spend Rs.5000 to get it repaired and working.

Franchisee had assured that the parcel will be safe and it was his routine job. Now when i have demanded claim, he is saying that he had asked me to insure the parcel. DTDC also says that they cannot accept my claim as the parcel is not insured.

Franchisee has declared Rs.1000/- as invoice value of the parcel which is very strange and unacceptable. DTDC is ready to refund 50% of this value i.e. Rs. 500/- to me.

I have submitted all damaged photographs and repair money receipt to the company. I demand full claim of Rs. 5000/- for my CPU which was not correctly handled by DTDC during transport.
