A parcel was sent through Gokulam Speed and Safe Courier service on 27 July 2022, from Mannarkkad to the Aripra (Less than 40 Kms). The courier has not reached home so far and when enquired, the courier office says the customer need to collect it from their office.
I am quiet surprised by their response and I really do not understand the meaning of courier service. They charged Rs. 50 for the service and If the customer need to collect it from their office, he need to spend another Rs. 150. If the person directly go and collect the item from Mannarkkad (sender location) by bus it will cost only less than Rs. 100. I really don't understand the purpose of courier service if they can't do their job. It is a pure case of cheating and making money by doing nothing. If we send any item by India Post, it will clearly reach the adressee. If courier service cannot do their job, it is not reasonable to keep their license for just looting customer money and doing nothing.
I request you to kindly take action against the courier company at the earliest.
