Non Delivery of Consignment

I had booked a courier (food item) for Kolkata on 16/10/2021, from Indore city, the consignment number of my booking is D68637597, and paid Rs 750/- and choose mode of transportation is by air but till date my date courier is not delivered to the receiver, your call centre worsts in globe no response from them. You people are not responding on mail as well, I raised many tickets thru your dtdc.in, every time a super line is came from your side that. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response (usually in 24 hours). But in your clock that 24 hours never happened.

I had given two numbers which were not responding at all one is 7980701270, (this person is out of station asked me to talk to him after three days. One number is 8240664425 he switched off his mobile.
Now no to put any extra effort the deliver my parcel. Just have a pity request you kindly provide a letter from your side stating that you are not able to deliver my consignment.
