We, Umang Pharmatech Pvt. Ltd. sent a Digital Key packed in a small box to Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Telangana, Hyderabad through DTDC courier on 12.03.2020 vide their courier airway bill no. D93227005. As per DTDC’s online tracking it was showing that the above courier delivered to consignee on 20.05.2020. We checked with the Dr. Reddy’s office and they confirmed that the courier not delivered to them. The contact details of receiver mentioned in the DTDC’s tracking was not belong to Dr. Reddy’s Lab. We informed DTDC and asked for the Proof of Delivery copy which they failed to provide instant. After several follow-ups DTDC sent us the delivery report dated 18.03.2020 (which is contradicted to their own tracking report) which we forwarded to consignee, but again the consignee confirmed that the courier not received to them. After lots of discussion on 26.06.2020, DTDC was ready to provide the “Lost Declaration” to enable us to claim the insurance. But till date i.e. 09.07.2020 we does not received any revert from DTDC. The value of the consignment was Rs. 170510/-. Please help us to recover this money from DTDC.
