I lost my original EWS certificate in courier.

Courier Service Complaint Complaint Date: June 1, 2020
I have sent courier from Surat Parvat Patiya to UPSC bhavan Delhi on 13th February courier no. 19020040226880.
But as I have confirm with UPSC CMS department... courier was not delivered.
Courier service guys are telling that they have delivered.
I had sent my original EWS certificate in that...and now my Job is on steak because of this...
I need immediate action on this.
I am attaching Courier information.
