Hello,
My name is Meena Parmar, Age 62, residing at Raysan.
Recently I sent a parcel to my daughter in USA through Vaj International Parcel Services (Sector 11, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382011, India).
They charged me Rs. 9410 based on volumetric weight of 11kg + 18% GST.
When my daughter received the exact parcel, she checked the volumetric weight and it came out 7.6kg, which is correct according to the DHL air freight services charges and calculation.
My complaint is the Vaj International people fraudulently charged me of 11kg of volumetric weight. I need my refund and also please cancel the license of that courier service.
