EKART service wrongfully cancelling my pick up order, without any delivery attempted.

I have ordered a small chest drawer from FLIPKART. The product was not as shown in the image along with the small size. Already knowing the terms and conditions of return policy, I raised a return request. The pick up was scheduled accordingly by flipkart. However no pick up attempt was made as such and each time I got the MSG that your pick up is being cancelled. I kept arranging for a pick up 3-4 times after talking to Flipkart helpline executive.

Though the pick was scheduled each time, no delivery executive came to the door to check the product and I kept getting the message that your pick up has been cancelled. The reasons given in each pick up cancellation was different at one time they say the pick up product mismatch, next they said that buyer want to keep the product (no such consent was given by me). My product is in a good condition with all tags and packaging intact.

This disservice and dismissive concern of EKART was not expected and ended me up with mental agony.

Considering the above, please take action.
