Turnover above 10 Cr but don't issue invoice with GST

They hold multiple shops in New Delhi Panchkuian furniture market having turnover above 10 cr has not been giving GST invoice.

Asking about GST invoice they say they will increase the prices which is a direct violation of law and tax fraud. Being a responsible citizen for which I won't play any part.
Sellers like these have made mockery of our law system and have paralysed our economy

Note: Have added a high claim amount just to get attention to this case asap, and I'm not claiming anything here.
