Taking more money than MRP from many years

Dear Sir ,

I wish to lodge a complaint against wine shop seller Mera at Maihar cement at satna distt, madhyapradesh name Rose wood supplier. They are charging more than MRP (For wine 890 Mrp they charge 1000 and so on for all items) , I do query from nearby they are saying he is used to take more money from MRP, this is my small step against corruption,and black marketing , I request to take strong action and also please make billing compulsory for every one and every item
