On december my husband Mr.Ram prakash gave our laptop for service in ur service center.After our laptop has been serviced we hv'nt used our laptop.Before two days when i used the laptop first time after service,the problem arises
1.In skype,webcam is not switching on.(not due to net problem becoz signal strength is good)
2.suddenly the blue screee is automatically shutting down.
3.Tried starting youcam also,but its also not working.
4.while surfing in internet also,i m having the same problem.

We never had this problem before.kindly diagnose and solve the probelm.
