Service or repairing request ignored several Times

We are having UPS problems since last 3 weeks.
We had called Mr. Virendra , Mumbai , so many for the same as there is no one to attend our complaints in Pune. Our office is in pune.
He has not sent any engineer for even inspecting the System even after reminding him at least 5 times. We had given him our email id also for AMC quotation mail , which he has not sent.
Finally. today afternoon(29/1/15) , one person came from your office, who has very little knowledge about this as he has joined the company just 3 days ago. He tried to call your office several times but he did not get any satisfactory help from there.
We wasted total 4 hours there without any output or conclusion and left our office at 9 pm.

This has been really ridiculous response by your representative from mumbai and please look into the matter as early as possible.
