Samsung S5 Camera Failed message

Bought a new Samsung galaxy s5 4g on 15th Dec. A week latter discovered that whenever i open the camera a message come 'camera failed' and then the camera application stops working. Nothing fixes this problem until u restart the phone. Send it to the service centre last week. They said no problem is present and did a software reset and sent it back yesterday. The camera worked fine for sometime and then again today even same problem is occurring. Camera application is giving the same error- camera failed.
When i asked samsung to replace the phone they refused. They are not repairing the phone properly. This is just not done. Such a high end phone should not face such issues. And samsung is not helping at all.
Please take out a solution to this problem. Or take the phone back and return my money or pl replace the phone. In future will never buy a samsung phone again.
