I have call to your customer care no-01139340000 but the phone is either not reachable or out of service.i have booked a ticket from IRCTC website(i.e from mumbai to solapur) on dated 21.1.2015, but the ticket was not booked and the booking statous. My payment Dibeted from my account. The transaction Id is-100000157205982.i do not recived ticket no.Still the date 27.01.2015 my account is not credited also.Please do sometihing for it.
