My brother (Nandkishore prsad)has shifted Jahangirpuri Delhi to MahodipurSiwan(native villege)and transfer Bharat gas connection from Delhi to siwan.Bharatgas Jahangirpuri Delhi issued transfer voucher in favour of Bharat gas.My brother went to Anand shri bharatgas to submit transfer voucher alongwith all residence proof(voter card,ration card etc)But Anand shri Bharat gas refused to take the documents and harrased him.It is requested kindly take action, otherwise I will complain to Honourable Pet.minister and joint secretary petrolium.
